I’m a human-centric tech nerd—female, ginger & Icelandic—representing less than 0.010% of the world’s population. Small in stats, but big on impact.

Growing up on a volcanic rock in the North Atlantic with long, dark winters, the saying Þetta reddast (“it will all work out”) became my mantra. It´s about embracing adaptability, resilience & trust in the journey - sometimes with the northen lights to guide the way. Rooted in this mindset, I tackle uncertainty with optimism & problem-solving, turning challenges into opportunities in work & life.

FrontPage to Future-Proof Innovation

My journey began in the early 2000s on a school’s Windows Vista computer, experimenting with FrontPage, ASP.NET & questionable Paint graphics. Fascinated by the intersection of psychology, design & tech, I pursued them all—earning a BSc in Psychology, learning to code & mastering UX, innovation & business development.

Everyone has a story—mine began in the early 2000s on a school’s Windows Vista computer, experimenting with Microsoft FrontPage, ASP.NET & crafting web pages with some truly questionable Paint graphics. I loved blending psychology, design & tech, but I never imagined I’d build a career doing all three.

Working with startups, scaleups & accelerators expanded my skills across product development—spanning marketing, design, development & strategy. This broad exposure, paired with a Þetta Reddast mindset, shaped my approach to problem-solving, proving that the best innovations emerge from blending theory, practice, collaboration & creativity.

Behind the product & pixels

I’m a food, experience & music connoisseur, enjoying the little things, hunting for the best street tacos, experimenting in the kitchen or listening from classic rock & psycadelia to punk & alternative to EDM & pop. But at the core I am a mother of two, wife of one & one helluva fun friend.

Outside of work, I’m at concerts, long dinners with friends & family, exploring new places, or recharging in nature with my little family.
