With major funding, rapid expansion from 25 to 280 employees, and mounting pressure to deliver for partners and prospects, Sidekick Health faced fragmented design and an outdated brand. In a fiercely competitive digital health landscape, they needed to prove they were the leading digital therapeutics provider, scaling seamlessly and delivering with ease.

To tackle this, I led a cross-functional team to build Robin, a unified, atomic, and close-to-code design system. The impact was a 40% increase in project execution speed, 85% adoption, and faster feature rollouts, improving collaboration and reinforcing Sidekick’s competitive edge.
